What Cloackit is

Cloackit helps advertisers protect their campaigns from invalid traffic (bots, scrapers, datacenter traffic, abuse-listed IPs) and from accidental policy hits during legitimate ad review. The platform produces a compliant 'safe' page for visitors that match the operator's filtering rules and routes verified humans to the operator's intended destination. Customers also use Cloackit to host AI-generated compliance landing pages and to keep their advertising-platform IP-exclusion lists in sync via official OAuth APIs.

Permitted uses

Typical customers include:

• Performance-marketing teams protecting their own Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft and TikTok campaigns from click fraud.
• Agencies running paid acquisition for their own clients with the client's written authorisation.
• Affiliate marketers promoting offers that are lawful in the visitor's jurisdiction and compliant with the destination network's terms.
• Compliance teams using the AI white-page generator to publish a clearly-labelled informational page that mirrors what an ad reviewer would expect to see.

Strictly prohibited uses

Regardless of any technical capability of the platform, customers may not use Cloackit to host, deliver, promote, or facilitate:

• Phishing pages or any attempt to impersonate a brand, bank, government or platform the operator does not legally represent.
• Malware distribution, drive-by downloads, browser exploits, or 'fake update' campaigns.
• Romance scams, fake investment schemes, fake e-commerce stores, fake support desks, or any other consumer-fraud pattern.
• Recruitment, financing or coordination of terrorism or violent extremism.
• Child sexual abuse material or content sexualising minors.
• Sale of regulated goods (firearms, prescription drugs, controlled substances, sanctioned goods) to persons who may not lawfully purchase them.
• Circumvention of platform safety reviews for products or claims that would not pass review on their own merits — Cloackit is a filtering layer, not an approval workaround.

Advertising-platform compliance

Customers are required to comply with the terms of the advertising platforms they advertise on. The Acceptable Use Policy and the Compliance section above are mandatory; we may suspend accounts that ignore them. Cloackit's official integrations with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Marketing APIs are used exclusively to protect campaigns from invalid traffic, never to manipulate platform reporting.

Enforcement

We monitor abuse signals (chargeback rates, takedown notices, advertising-platform reports, our own engine telemetry) and act on them. Suspected violations may result in immediate suspension; confirmed violations result in termination without refund and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement or to the relevant advertising platform.
