Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for Cloackit.

Subscriptions

Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period and does not renew thereafter.

14-day money-back window

If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid subscription period and have used the Service only in a reasonable evaluation capacity, you may request a full refund of that period by emailing support@cloackit.com. Renewals and one-off wallet top-ups are outside this window.

Refunds

Outside the 14-day window, plan fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, because access and resources are provisioned immediately. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith and, where warranted, issue a refund through the original payment method.

Credits & wallet balance

Cloaking credits and wallet balance are consumed as you use features (for example, $5 per AI white-page generation). Consumed credits and one-off charges are non-refundable. Unused wallet balance is not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Abuse & chargebacks

Accounts terminated for violating the Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds. Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting support may result in suspension.
