Acceptable Use Policy

Your responsibility

Cloackit is a neutral traffic-filtering and page-hosting tool. You are solely responsible for your destinations, offers, creatives, and for complying with all applicable laws and the terms of any advertising platform or network you use.

Prohibited content & activity

You may not use the Service to host, deliver, promote, or facilitate:

• Anything illegal in the operator's or the visitor's jurisdiction.
• Malware, phishing, credential theft, or deceptive software downloads.
• Child sexual abuse material, content sexualizing minors, or human trafficking.
• Fraud, scams, deceptive financial schemes, or money laundering.
• Sale of weapons, explosives, illegal drugs, or other regulated goods to those not legally permitted.
• Content that infringes intellectual property or violates privacy rights.
• Harassment, hate speech, incitement to violence, or terrorism.

Platform & network compliance

You are responsible for understanding and following the policies of the platforms you advertise on. Using Cloackit does not exempt you from those policies, and we do not guarantee any particular advertising outcome or account status.

Ad-platform OAuth integrations

If you connect a Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, or other advertising account to Cloackit, you confirm that the connected account is owned or operated by you with authority to grant access, that the campaigns you wish us to file invalid-click data for run destinations compliant with that platform's policies, and that you will not use the integration to manipulate the platform's reporting or to file fraudulent invalid-traffic adjustment requests. We may revoke the integration if we have reasonable grounds to believe it is being abused.

Technical abuse

You may not:

• Attack, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without authorization, or share credentials/API keys to circumvent plan limits.
• Use the Service to attack, probe, or disrupt third-party systems.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts without notice where necessary. Report abuse to abuse@cloackit.com.
